  SHIPPING METHOD / COSTS
I ship with tracked shipment and I will send you a confirmation message.

UK delivery is made with Royal Mail First Class and should arrive, approximately, 1-3 days additional to dispatch.
Under £25 - £2.00 / Over £25.00 - £3.50 / FREE DELIVERY over £50.00

International deliveries: Approximately 7 days for Europe and 15 days for Worldwide.

  SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please, be sure your address is correct, Customers will assume financial responsibility in case of buyer error, for example incorrect address. I will ship wherever you are.
 

 

 

 

EASY RETURNS& EXCHANGES

Please email me if you are not satisfied with your purchase so I can resolve the problem.
Returns are always possible*. If your item is not exactly what you expected you can return it provided you return it within 14 days of receipt. Please note that there are limitations on the time that I can reasonably accept returns, Return both ways shipping fees are done by buyer( return must be with register mail, it help track the package and for the reference) . I don't accept the return package without tracking number . 
Please contact me as soon as possible before you return the item or leaving feedback.

In case the item has been damaged during the transport please send me asap a picture of it and the damaged packaging. 
In case of exchange buyers are responsible for shipping costs.

- My cushions are for decorative purposes only, they are not toys so are not recommended for young children to play with.

- Care: cushions and pillows can be handwashed with cold water (no washing machine).

-Due to the handmade nature each piece is unique, hand painted by me and may vary slightly in detail from what you see in the picture. Color may vary from screen to screen.
